also known as Brantley Boyett
In my free time my favorite activites are seeing live music, cooking, running on the greenbelt, and snowboarding. I volunteer for the Umlauf Garden Party in the spring, which is always an incredible event. My chili team has won or placed 3 out of the last 6 years at the Spicewood Vineyards annual chili cook-off. New Orleans is a second home. Huge fan of the University of Texas men's football and basketball teams. I am active in the Austin startup community where I consult with many startups on the legal issues related to their ventures.

Saved My Arse.
I was fortunate enough to heed Brantley's advice concerning a Design/Development dispute that arose on a project I had been workin on for close to a year. The project was with a developer 'friend' who ultimately acted neither 'friendly' nor professionally. After explaining my situation to Bra...

Thorough and Professional
Mr. Boyett was able to resolve our matter in a discreet and expeditious manner, often meeting with us around our work schedule. We felt that he had a legitimate interest in our case and that he cared to see our best interest served. Walking the fine line between personable and professional is not u...

I have had the pleasure of having Brantley be my attorney for a few of my needs. I have used his services to set up and maintain my LLC. He also handled by divorce so well there was never a need for mediation. i feel like he can handle anything i would need from a lawyer.

He has done a VERY good job - contested divorce
First, this review says "David" Brantley Boyett, and I only know him as Brantley--so I have to assume it is the same person. I hired him for a highly contested divorce. He was responsive, professional, gathered the right information, and knew how to negotiate an effective agreement. He was very pr...

Not a reliable lawyer
Brantley did little for my case. Did not keep me informed of what was happening and charged me for things that I didn't ask him to do. I found another lawyer to finish my pending case. He didn't refund all of my money. I think he is unethical.
"I have known Brantley for years and Brantley has been the opposing counsel on several of my cases and co-counsel for at least one. Brantley is smart, insightful, and has tremendous instincts. He is very familiar with the law and has a common sense approach, tempered with zealous advocacy, that has insures excellent result for his clients. I can't say enough good things about Brantley as a person and as an advocate."
"I've worked with Mr. Boyett on a number of foreclosure cases where we've been on opposite ends of the lawsuit. He and his firm know more about this matter than anyone else I've come across. He's always a formidable opponent."
