Beware
The services of Bill Hemphill were inadequate. I was a client. He repeatedly missed deadlines and failed to file documents to move the case forward. In the end, he was a lot of talk but minimal to no action. I would never recommend him.

I did not find that professional standards were upheld with this attorney. I was a client. The service given here was less than acceptable. Specifically, this attorney failed to file documents, and missed deadlines, promised work that was never done.
