I was in the process of looking for a lawyer when I came across this website and I saw that Mr. Kirker had excellent reviews. I have spoken to a couple lawyers prior to finding him and I was unhappy with them because they seemed to be impartial to my situation. I can not tell you how glad I was just ...to speak with him over the phone. I am in the process of getting a divorce and the entire process has been very difficult and since I am a unique case (military spouse of a disabled veteran) it has been very challenging for me to find a lawyer that is both confident and knowledgeable on all of the information I presented. I set up a phone consultation with Mr. Kirker via his assistant (who was also wonderful) and I spoke with Mr. Kirker soon after. He was very professional and courteous over the phone. He had an answer to all of my questions regarding benefits, income and other important factors and I was most impressed with his ability to empathize with my situation. Plus he was also able to provide me with a lot of useful resources to aid in my process. I knew immediately that he cared about me as a client rather than just about the amount of money he would receive because he looked out for my best interest (even when that meant me hiring someone else because he is located one hour away). I had one phone consultation and I got off the phone very VERY impressed by his compassionate character. I would recommend this lawyer to anyone. He is truly a terrific person that will help you solve your legal issues as quickly and efficiently as possible. 10/10!!

We will start this review with this. I started calling attorneys on a friday the day after thanksgiving. Chris called me back on sunday of the thanksgiving break and apologized for taking so long to get back to me. He was honest with me and decided he couldnt give my case the attention it needed. I h...ired a diffrent lawyer. I moved forward with my case. Two weeks later he called me to check on me. I was having problems with the attorney i hired, and was unhappy with their performance in court. Chris met with me that day, answerd every call and e-mail in a timley manner. Every single timeline he set he met. He updated me any time something happened. He called me to check on my son the the weekend, he answerd my time sensitive e-mail on the weekend. I didnt have to go to my trial date because chris helped me settle out of court the week of christmas. I have nothing but great things to say about him. My other lawyers didnt have my sons best intrests in mind. Chris made them a prioity. This guy gets it.
