TMB hearing

Mr Montes was very helpful. I had an unnecessary issue with the TMB which is still on, but he had guided me through it in a very smooth, responsable, confident and honest way. He is always open to take my calls and responds my emails promptly. He gave me different outcomes possibilities for which we ...needed to be prepared, however, we got a reasonable one. I do recommend him alot.

Best lawyer in Texas Board Of Nursing and Texas Medical Board.

Mr. Rodney Montes, Attorney is an expert at the rule of law of the Texas Board Of Nursing and the Texas Medical Board. The Texas Board Of Nursing (BON) served me with allegations such as "sleeping, medication errors, and assault" while on duty. I hired Mr. Montes to respond to the Board Of Nursing al...legations. As a result, the Board did not take any action against me and the investigation was completed and closed based on my attorney's response to the board. That's the outcome of hiring an attorney like Mr. Rodney Montes with years of experiences and expert knowledge in the rule of law and proceeding of the Texas Board Of Nursing and the Texas Medical Board. I was satisfied with his prompt service; and I highly recommend him as your attorney.

Montes is ideal for license protection in Texas

In my 31st year as a healthcare professional, I found myself having to defend my license to practice. I first contacted another law firm but felt they fell short on compassion for my plight, and am very glad I looked further and chose "Rodney" Montes. When I came before the Board to defend my licen...se and reputation, I had an attorney with me who is maximally experienced in the process and saw to it that I received consideration and my best chance for getting on with my career.

Texas Board of Nursing

Late last year and unforeseen incident occurred which had an investigation open up from the board of nursing. I was distraught and felt so overwhelmed I called around for different lawyers which I found on the internet. Many of them didn't seem so interested they just gave a quick run down told me th...eir prices and said to give them a call if I wanted to hire them. The conversations I had with them lasted no longer than five minutes. Then I came across Mr. Montes's website I saw the reviews and decided to give him a call. I explained to him what happened and he actually took the time to explain the whole process, what to expect and what are actions would be. He actually took the time to talk to me and was very thorough and for the first time I felt more at ease. I knew at that moment that I found the right lawyer. Throughout the process he has been extremely helpful in a way that he simplifies things to where I have a better understanding, he is easy to get a hold of and very prompt in his responses. He always made sure to keep me informed of the latest updates and six months later I am extremely fortunate to say that my case hasn't gotten dismissed and I owe it all to him. His knowledge and professionalism and his sincerity in actually caring for his clients make him a great lawyer. I can not thank him enough for all that he has done.

Superb Service!

I was falsely accused of a Medicare Infraction. I did a simple google search and Rodney's name came up. I phoned him...and long story short, I was absolved of the accusation! Rightfully so, but you are guilty, until proven innocent with any State Board. Highly recommend Rodney, his candour, promptnes...s & above all, effectiveness as an Attorney protecting my Professional License.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
