Pathetic Excuse for a Lawyer
Tim Herman is dishonest and ruthless. He is the kind of nefarious attorney who gives all lawyers a bad name. He is unethical, unprofessional and immoral. He should be disbarred.

His "good ole boy" style and histronic personality do not serve him well in todays business world. He is intellectually challenged and resorts to old and shady shenanigans instead of smart ethics. He needs to retire.
