Biography
In additon to focusing my law practice on real estate issues, I have been a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Texas for 12 years. I offer extensive experience and knowledge of real estate practice and legal issues, espceially landlord/tenant law, drafting and review of leases (commercial and residential), reviewing closing documents, deed convenants, easements, zoning and use of land, HOA conflicts and more.
A personal goal for my law practice is to help bridge the gap between the legal profession and low to moderate income families. I do this by offering reasonable rates for unbundled services and legal representation on a limited scope, i.e ala carte legal assistance. I offer set fees for advice and specific limited services for clients who either wish to pursue thier legal claims or defense on a "pro se" (on your own) basis or cannot afford to hire an attorney for full representation. As a client, you may only be seeking adivce about your legal rights, or guidance through the often confusing and complicated procedures of our legal system. My goal is to provide you the services you can afford and need. I also offer full representation when my client seeks it, or the issue requires it.

No major issues
Andrew was obtained through my legal insurance. I was done wrong by a contractor and we filed against that person and business. Andrew discussed, handled my case from beginning to end.
