Peter James Reid

I highly recommend Pete Reid. My son had a signed contract for a condominium and the seller reneged on the contract. Mr. Reid wrote a very thorough letter to the seller and I believe it was this letter that influenced her to proceed with the purchase of the contract. The entire time we dealt with Mr.... Reid he was courteous, professional, and caring. He also explained things very thoroughly each step of the way. Two lawyers have since reviewed his letter, as well as the real estate company, and all were very impressed with his work.

They generally refuse to give helpful answers to questions like "Can I do X?" or "What are the odds of Y?". Pete will give you a straight answer, like "The odds are probably 75%".
