As owner of the Law Office of Hailey A. Hobren, Esq. I am free to offer a revolutionary new type of virtual law firm and the privilege to serve clients not only in the Greater Austin Area and contiguous counties but throughout the state of Texas!
I have been a Texas and Florida licensed attorney for over seven years and have practiced in Dallas, Austin, and Pflugerville, Texas as well as Tampa, FL during that time. I received my JD from The University of Texas School of Law and BSFS from Georgetown University, Washington, DC in international politics and law with a certificate in justice and peace studies. I am involved in my community and a proactive member of the Austin Bar Association (former ESLABA Section Officer; TYLA; volunteer services) and Texas Bar Association (TESLAW).
While I have experience in handling many types of law, my primary practice areas include Probate/Estate Disputes, Estate Planning, and complex transactional and civil litigation work. My experience and involvement in entertainment law further allows me to provide more advanced services to artists and their estates and to provide general legal counsel pro bono to local performers.
