Katherine Burnstein came highly recommended by another lawyer I've known for years, and worked for nearly 18 months on my divorce and custody case. I hired Kathryn in December to help me gain visitation of my newborn son. After coming home from the hospital, communication with his mother became very poor. Contact with my son was restricted and supervised. After two months of trying to get some counseling, I come home to a letter from lawyers she... hired without telling me and I find out our relationship is over. Kathryn worked very hard to get me a visitation schedule to be the father my son needs. I was offered by my ex only 8 hours a week, all visits supervised and restricted to her home.
