Jennifer is very thorough and provided legal guidance in a simple, step by step manner; while providing more than one option in case one option doesn't work. I called Jennifer’s office on a Wednesday morning to schedule a consultation, had the consultation Thursday morning, and got our landlord to release us from our lease by Thursday afternoon- all thanks to Jennifer’s terrific advice. I hired Jennifer as my attorney without any references and I'm glad I did, that's the main reason why I'm writing this review so people that needs an attorney for the same reason I did at least have a review to go by, first of all from the very first phone call, Jennifer expianed to me what was the l...aw in Texas when it comes to landlords keeping security deposits and that alone helped me to make my decision in hiring an attorney or not, she did explain to me I had a case and from the moment I hired her to the very end of my case she was there either via email or phone call, What I think it was excepcional was that I really didn't want to have final confrontation with my landlord and she even helped me with that by making the processs really easy, I did get my deposit back, every penny of if, not even once I had to lose a day of work to go her office and sign paperwork, everything I signed, I did it from my phone without driving anywhere and that alone is priceless because in a situation like this, the last thing you want to do is miss work and money as well. Bottom line my experience was great and in a way I can even say it was painless to get my money back.
