OUTCOME: Statute for alternative service on non-payment of rent cases ruled UNCONSTITUTIONAL!

WE are out here protecting tenants, even when you don't know it! This was a constitutional challenge to the statute that allows landlord to serve tenants with eviction and non-payment of rent suits on ... their front doors, instead of handing it to you in person (something that all other money lawsuits MUST have done). We challenged the statute, and we WON!
