During spring of last year, I was pulled over for the first time ever by a very zealous DPS officer who claimed I didn't use a blinker as I pulled up to my apartment. He arrested me at my own home, charged me with DWI, and I suppose just for the fun of it, had my car towed out of my own parking space... to an exceptionally sketchy tow yard over an hour outside of town. A few days after I was released, a professional connection of my dad's referred me to Virginia. I'd consulted with several attorneys up to that point, but I chose Virginia because she struck me as the most empathetic, focused, and persuasive. She was also the most expensive option, but a positive example of "you get what you pay for". Once I hired her, she provided a list of things to do to help my case. As I completed those things, she kept me well-informed on all developments with my case. No matter how petty and destructive I believe the arresting officer's actions were, I still technically shouldn't have been driving that evening, which means I did have to comply with some penalties and bond conditions, including a 90-day license suspension and having to drive with an IID for a short while afterward. The highest priority to me was having a path to a clean record by avoiding conviction. And thanks to my compliance with bond conditions, changes I made in my life, questions over the legality of the stop, and Virginia's excellent work, no conviction is exactly what I got. The best advice is always to stay out of trouble, as I certainly will. But if you're reading this, it's probably too late. I am grateful for Virginia's work and I highly recommend her services. Hopefully, like me, you'll come out with a tough lesson learned and as clean a record as possible.

By the way to the habitual felon who left the snide comment, it is spelled there not their, I'm sure that if you spent more time educating yourself vs committing crime you would know that.

I employed Virginia in 2012 at basically the lowest point in my life. She was a professional through and through. She was supportive, but realistic.
