OUTCOME: No Billed by a Grand Jury

A woman who had consensual sex at a wedding but was embarrassed about the encounter claimed it was a sexual assault. The case was ultimately dropped by the State when we presented a passed polygraph a ... nd live testimony at the Grand Jury proceeding. Thankfully, they refused to indict the client and he was able to return to life as normal.
