My daughter was caught stealing at the age of 17 at local Target store, with a bunch of other teenagers. Kids do stupid things, and this one really hurt her more than the other children since she was 17 and the other children were younger. Only my daughter had to obtain an attorney, was fined and h...ad to do community service and so forth. Which in the long run, was the best thing for her to learn her life lesson. My daughter and I were out to seek an attorney. We had three (3) on the list and Mr. Flores was the first we visited. The comfort level in which he provided us in his office was outstanding. In fact, we hired him immediately and cancelled all of our other appointments. Please keep in mind, this is way out of my character not to shop around for multiple opinions, pricing and seek the right person. We knew right away, he was the man we wanted representing our issues. It's easy as an attorney to go through the motions, collect the revenue and go home at night. And many attorney's based on my experience throughout the years, do just that. That is NOT HOW Mr. Flores operates. Mr. Flores helped me educate my daughter on how to become a valuable person in her community. Her grades increased, she received a promotion at work and is now attending college. She overall has a whole new look on responsibility. I could pat myself on the back like many people, and say that I was a great father in this situation. But that would not be telling the whole truth. Mr. Flores helped educate my daughter in many different areas about actions and reactions. It was explained in very simple words that anyone could understand, there were no smoke and mirrors and he under promised and over delivered. If you're seeking an attorney, you have the right man. He will go well above and beyond. He will care and be sincere. All characteristics that are unlike most attorney's.

I was referred to Mr. Flores by a friend of a friend who had a similar DWI charge. I was impressed with Rick's ability to listen and understand the facts of the case. We were both confident that we could get the outcome we wanted if we took the appropriate steps.
