I was arrested for a charge I didn't even know I had from almost 6 years ago and Ricardo was sent to see me while I was in jail to let me know he was there to get me out and a coupe of hours later I was. After figuring out what was going on and then getting all the evidence he kept telling me he was ...going to fight to get it dismissed and that's exactly what he did. I had a misdemeanor but it had become a warrant which was said to be "unchangeable" and I would possibly have to serve my 10 day sentence. Ricardo pulled the case from 5 years back, researched, conferred with original judge, not before talking to the Sheriff;s office in my behalf and the outcome is f...our weekends in county which was prescheduled and only a check in for a couple of hours each weekend giving me credit for 2 days each. That is nothing short of amazing honestly since my previous lawyer said "well you just gotta go do the time"..which is unacceptable since i have a job, career etc, I cannot say enough good about him - a cut above and class act who knows his law and goes around things for his clients benefits even when all is stacked against him. Hes a lawyer thats about helping people not making money like other lawyers Ive used before. My husbands case (like he said) was probably one of the hardest hes had and he was great he did the impossible and got what we were looking for. The DA was problably ready to choke him because he was persiste...nt about getting the best terms in my husbands case. We recommend to our friends (we need new friends :-) ) hes about helping you out not helping himself out. And his fees are the best around he doesnt charge you an arm and a leg.
