I had a misdemeanor but it had become a warrant which was said to be "unchangeable" and I would possibly have to serve my 10 day sentence. Ricardo pulled the case from 5 years back, researched, conferred with original judge, not before talking to the Sheriff;s office in my behalf and the outcome is f...our weekends in county which was prescheduled and only a check in for a couple of hours each weekend giving me credit for 2 days each. That is nothing short of amazing honestly since my previous lawyer said "well you just gotta go do the time"..which is unacceptable since i have a job, career etc, I cannot say enough good about him - a cut above and class act who knows his law and goes around things for his clients benefits even when all is stacked against him. His personal negotiation with my Judge got me results and thats just something you cannot get with most lawyers - personal service. Thanks Ricardo!
