We searched high and low for the best family lawyer in Austin because we (my husband and I) were seeking primary custody of his pre-teen daughter who lived with her mother. Apparently taking a daughter from her mother is not easily done. In order to have a case, we had to prove that our home was "sub...stantially" better for the child.
