Kirt Harold Kiester

I have known Kirt for 30 plus years. He has represented me for varies reasons, i.e., business and personal. Most recently, Kirt assisted me in handling my dad's estate. Three years after my dad's passing, I discovered that my dad had died without leaving a Will. His wife abandoned their hom...e, after it suffered a fire. The City of Austin had condemned the home and property taxes were owed. I sought Kirt for advice and he agreed to represent me and my siblings. This case was by no means an easy task. There were many entanglements that needed sorting. Kirt, stayed the course, fought through and the court awarded the Heirs their rightful inheritance. During many of my crises, Kirt has soothed my anxieties, stress and always assures me peace of mind. I have total trust and respect for Kirt.
