I'm a general commercial litigator in Austin, Texas. I've handled disputes in both federal and state courts throughout Texas. My practice principally includes business disputes (contract and tort actions), employment disputes (FLSA claims, discrimination and retailiation complaints, non-competes, and otherwise) and intellectual property litigation (copyright infringement, trademark infringement, false advertising and trade secret misappropriation). I've represented a number of clients in the entertainment industry concerning enforcement and protection of their intellectual property rights and royalty claims.

Litigation matter
