In 2015 Justin was selected to represent the victim of a now-famous gravel truck crash case. McMinn Law Firm successfully negotiated the settlement for an Austin man in a well known brain injury case that occurred in downtown Austin. Justin was born and raised in Central Texas. After completing high school, Justin attended the University of Texas where he earned his Bachelor’s degree in government. While at the University of Texas, Justin was a member of the Kappa Alpha Omicron chapter and a member of the Silver Spurs. Justin then went on to earn his law degree from Texas Tech University School of Law. While attending Texas Tech, Justin worked for a law firm which specialized in personal injury litigation. Here, Justin developed his passion to help people seriously injured in accidents. Justin helped prepare hundreds of personal injury claims for litigation.
After graduating, Justin accepted a position with the McMinn Law Firm, which was founded by his older brother, Jason B. McMinn. Justin focuses on personal injury cases, representing individuals who have been injured by the negligence of another person or entity.
