I was injured on the job, on company property and my employer had to called an ambulance. After spending three weeks in a hospital (out of town). My employer fought picking up the medical bills. Battling with workers comp.
I hired Trenchard and Hoskins after I was denied my back surgery, the day of pre-op, after being approved two weeks prior. It took almost two years to get my back worked on. Then another battle over the second surgery, which took an year and a half to be approved. Third surgery was simple no hassles....
