PLEASE DO NOT LOOK ANY FURTHER. THIS IS THE ATTORNEY YOU WANT AND NEED!!!!!!! It took me a while to get to this review. Thanks to Florencia Rueda my life has never been better on account of the career I have now and so much else. Here’s my story. Back in 2017 I was arrested for a felony DWI i...n Austin. Being from Houston I didn’t know where to start or what to do. The prosecutor in my case had an arraignment of 8 years no parole, and I just thought my life was over. Knowing from prior experiences, I thought this was going to make me bankrupt and that there was NO WAY i can even afford to hire someone to fix the mess I was in. I decided to look up “Pro attorney’s” in the Austin area, and Miss Rueda appeared first under avvo. I began reading all the reviews and they couldn’t be more accurate. I decided to give her a call, and she had me come in the next day for a consultation. I expected another attorney who was going to try and impress me with reasons why I should hire them, when something else entirely occurred. Miss Rueda sat me down and blatantly told me the entire truth of how terrible my case appears on paper. She immediately told me what I need to do, and that if I follow everything she says I will be okay. She then saw the worry in my face and stated “don’t worry, do as I say and you will not go to prison I promise.” I was in awe with her honesty and impressed in the fact that she did not even try to sugarcoat. I went home and did as she said. She then went to court for me without making me even appear for almost 7 months because she wanted to save me trips to and from Houston. As time progressed, the first time I appeared in court she told me what the prosecution wanted to do, and stated that with all of the things I was doing she doesn’t see it fit so she’s going to prolong the case to get the outcome she wants. She then asked what I wanted out of this case. I told her that I wanted my felony reduced because this was going to ruin my life and that I didn’t care how long probation would be as long as I didn’t have this on my record. She still didn’t sugarcoat and stated that this was going to be tough but that she will stop at nothing to try and make this happen, and she did. She did just so and much more. She had my case reduced to a 2nd DWI misdemeanor charge with only 2 years probation. I cried, and when I did she asked if I was okay, and smiled and said I’m proud of you. Please, this is the attorney you need. She knows everyone in the court room and when she walks in her presence is so powerful. Miss Rueda not only reduced my charge but pushed me to turn my entire life around and everything fell together like a giant puzzle. Because of her I gave up bartending because she told me the prosecution would frown against it, and I now work a career sales position. Having a felony DWI, I should have had my license suspended, an ankle monitor and so much more. I coasted through court with NONE of that. Not once did they even drug test me because I listened to what she was telling me to do. She responds quickly, assures you of your case, and goes out of her way to take care of your needs. For example I told her I needed my license because there was no way for me to get to court from Houston and she made this happen as well, and got me an occupational after my case was closed that allowed me to travel in any county in Texas. Miss Rueda is a miracle, she is heaven sent. She works for the people. She understands the perspective of what it’s like to feel like your whole world has turned upside down and she will assure you and help you in every single way she can. Just follow everything she says, and start with HIRING HER. I recommended so many people to her and will continue to do so, and God forbid will hire her without hesitation if I need an attorney ever again. AGAIN. STOP. DO NOT LOOK FURTHER. THIS IS IT, YOU WANT AND NEED FLORENCIA RUEDA IN YOUR CORNER. BEST ATTORNEY IN AUSTIN, TX

A true life saver

I have consulted Florencia for my DWI. A hopeless case as anyone would have treated it. BAC twice the allowed limit that too in Travis county. She helped me out answering all my questions in a better perspective than others. This was my first DWI and I had no idea as to how to proceed. She helped me... plan, come up with ways and strategize on how to approach my case. She helped me get through this hurdle with a dismissal of DWI charge. I was then put on a two year deferred probation for obstruction of passage way which she even got it dismissed after a year. She is just amazing. She is always reachable, straight forward and very quick in responding back to you. She even reaches out to you via SMS when she is at court if possible. I could not have picked a better lawyer.

Best possible outcome

I spoke to few attorneys when I was arrested for DWI. Out of the three that I talked to Florencia was who I chose. Working with Hildreth & Rueda, specifically Florencia was great. She was realistic, pragmatic, and willing to fight for the best possible outcome. My situation was bad. Driving the... wrong way, blowing 0.18 and 0.19, totally failing the field sobriety, while still being nice. An overall mess. While I was still convicted, my offense was reduced to a Class B from a Class A. That itself was incredible. She also was able to reduce my time to serve as well as reduce probation to 0. Florencia was great at communicating about when I needed to take action and what action needed to be taken. She helped me sort through court ordered items such as interlock devices and was critical in helping me maintain my ability to commute to work. Overall, Florencia will fight for your best possible outcome. She is dependable, she knows her laws, and she will represent you well in court. I can't ever truly repay Mrs. Rueda for her services because aside from my sentencing, the peace of mind when working with her is priceless. Thank you so much Florencia, I'm eternally greatful.

OUTSTANDING! CASE DISMISSED!!

Let me start off by saying that you cannot go wrong with Florencia as your counsel. I hired Florencia to represent me after being arrested for a DWI. From the moment I set foot in her office, she put my mind at ease. She explained the whole process to me from beginning to end, as well as what to expe...ct, and I felt very confident that I would be highly satisfied with her work. Florencia proved me right!
