I hired Eric Lim as my Criminal Defense Lawyer and was pleased with his knowledge, demeanor and willingness to respond to all of my questions. COVID was a weird time for the legal system (many postponements) and Eric was there to keep me up to date with my case and helped me keep my nerves at ease d...uring all of it. In November of 2020, the unthinkable happened. I was arrested for a DWI. Never in my life had I had any issues with the law. I was always a straight-laced, straight-A student. I spent the weekend in jail and was terrified. When I was finally released in the early hours of a Sunday morning, I was scar...ed, disoriented, tired, and beaten down. While my case is not indicative of what may happen with you, I do want to share that my DWI charge was dropped down to speeding. Mr. Lim works hard and gets the job done. He will advocate for and support you as long as you are doing what he asks and also taking your case personally, honestly, and seriously. You will need to do work on your end if you expect him to work hard for you. It is definitely a two-way road. I cannot express enough my appreciation and gratitude for Mr. Lim. I understand he’s not part of one of the big organizations and you might have to search a bit to find him but trust me; he’s your guy. Affordable, understanding, kind, and experienced. Eric has been wonderful throughout this entire process. He thoroughly explained anything I had questions about every step of the way. He was also very patient with me though I had many questions.
