I am a lawyer with nearly 30 years experience in several areas of the law. Licensed in Texas, Missouri & Illinois, I practice primarily in Austin, Texas but accept matters from across Texas, as well as across the country.
One particular focus area of my practice is labor & employment law, which I am a certified as a specialist by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. That is my proven area of expertise, but I do a lot more.
I have considerable experience in state and federal court litigation, as well as arbitration. In addition, more and more disputes are resolved in arbitration or through ADR, another area where I have practiced my entire career.
Internet & social media law is another area that people are finding themselves needing legal help -- whether in identity thefts cases, data breaches, social media bullying or defamation. We can help in that area too.
Finally, I have a soft spot for and help families with special needs kids in various areas, including special ed issues, disability accommodations, and guardianship matters.
