Having worked decades in workplace disputes, including in-house counsel for a major US corporation, I have handled the full range of labor & employment law. And unlike many attorneys, I actually have substantial experience in traditional "labor" besides employment law. I am also board certified in labor & employment law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization
