Excellent Consumer Law Attorney

Aaron Radbil's law firm filed a Fair Debt Collection Practices Act case on my behalf. The defendant debt collectors chose to fight my complex case in court with a team of attorneys from several law firms. The defendant's attorneys responded to my lawsuit with many long and complicated filings that in...volved extensive arguments and case citations. Thank goodness Aaron Radbil was there to respond. Aaron Radbil worked many long hours responding to the defendant's arguments. I read many of his filings and believe he pursued every possible argument available. My case spanned almost two years, and Aaron pursued it with fervor to its end when I received a favorable outcome. Many FDCPA cases settle without litigation. My case did not. I am thankful Aaron Radbil was there to diligently pursue my case and obtain a positive outcome for me.
