Hailey A. Hobren

I would highly recommend HAILEY HOBREN to anyone seeking legal counsel and/or representation within her areas of expertise. She has advised our family on a wide range of legal matters over the years. She is easy to talk with, trustworthy, and always steers her clients straight, pointing out all the o...ptions available to them. I would characterize the Georgetown U./Texas Law-educated Ms. Hobren as NOT some library-bound, legal "clerk type," relegated to researching case law at the behest of others. Rather, she has spent many hours arguing her clients' cases and causes in the courtroom setting, and is an effective communicator when arguing before litigants, juries, and the bench itself. Ms. Hobren is also passionate about causes and advocacy and I (for one) believe that the years ahead will find her pursuing political aspirations where she can make a substantial impact with the skills and talents she possesses. While serving as a congressional intern for her district congressman, while still schooling in Washington, D.C., Ms. Hobren acquired a deep, firsthand insight into federal law and how it affects people's lives -- especially in the area of national healthcare policy -- that will combine to paint a very bright legal future for her indeed. Ms. Hobren is somewhat new to the legal profession, but with that she brings fresh ideas and a youthful vision of those things that constitute "Justice" and how it should be applied to the challenges facing our nation in this new century. Hence her best years are ahead of her, for both her and those she represents. I have no doubt that Ms. Hobren will not remain an Austin-based attorney forever. Her drive and energy, and the time and commitment that she brings to every case, have already established her as a rising new star in the central Texas legal community. Thus I I would not be surprised to find her some day in the Texas state house, or perhaps in the not-too-distant future, working in some capacity inside the Washington Beltway as a strong and eminently qualified representative for the people of Texas
