Biography
I grew up in and for the most part have lived in San Marcos my entire life. Before I was an attorney, I was a Texas Highway Patrolman with the Texas Department of Public Safety. It was a wonderful job and agency and gave me much of the confidence I enjoy today to practice law in a mature, adult manner. I have been blessed to have wonderful clients for over three decades. I attribute that to the fact that we are known as hard workers. I am known as a no-nonsense lawyer who strongly advocates for his clients and am blessed to work with a great young lawyer, Kathryn Sullivan, who has those same principles. The Law only works if everyone is committed to Equal and Honest Justice for all.
In addition to representing clients, I am a mediator with a fantastic mediation center, , in San Marcos. The mediation center goes "live" on June 1, 2015. It is in a rural area and is perfectly situated to help people resolve their legal issues in a soothing and professional way.
