I hired Mr howard for my first felony case . I was historical about the situation, while he stayed calm and walked me right thru the entire situation . I was facing very serious charges and when I first met Dave he was completely honest and advised me that my cases would be very difficult to beat. To be completely I didn't have much faith in him at the beginning because of all the horror stories I heard with court appointed attorneys. One of the mai...n things I'd heard is that they don't care about you and I expressed that to him and he said something that will always stick with me. He told me when you have a lawyer that takes pride in what they do it doesn't matter if they are court appointed or if you paid them they are going to fight for you just the same. That statement alone made me feel more comfortable with him as my attorney. He kept me informed with any changes or updates any time we met. Through it all, I remained patient and he finally advised me that my cases were completely dismissed! This man is my miracle. Now I can relax knowing that I don't have this hanging over my head any longer and I can move forward with the things I want to do in life that these charges would have prevented me from doing so.
