Bobby and Dale represented my case. Getting a hold of them after giving them payment was a nightmare. Trying to get some kind of information on how my case was going was impossible. Took them weeks if not months before a response. I was not one to keep calling and calling even though I think i sho...uld have... at least I would have receive a response of some sort. Extremely disappointed. Never again and I hope you reading dont do either.

Amazing Lawyer

Shell and Shell handled a criminal case for me about a year ago. I wound up going to a jury trial. I was scared to death. Mr. Shell was fearless. By the time he picked the jury I knew we would win. He was professional, prepared, but most of all he had a command of the Court Room. I could t...ell the Judges respected him and the jury really connected with him. He literally saved my life. Thank God for lawyers like him that are willing to fight for their clients. If you ever get a chance go watch him pick a jury. He is amazing.

Shell & Shell - An Outstanding Law Firm

Shell and Shell Attorneys are highly professional and extremely helpful. Bobbi Shell ended up becoming my attorney and she has been absolutely wonderful! She and her law firm saved my life. I could not have hired a better law firm to zealously represent me. For any business or criminal defense ca...se, I would highly recommend this law firm. Bobbi Shell is an incredible attorney. She is professional, knowledgeable, empathetic and just an all around fantastic attorney.

nightmare attorneys

If you want to be screamed at and spoken down to like dirt and never get help or returned phone calls and no matter what you do be completely ignored them this is a great lawyer. I read the review b4 mine and it is spot on. They take your money and that's it. I too never had a face to face or phone ...meeting. When they took my money was the only time I had any meeting. I lost a quarter million in a divorce which my spouse committed adultery and robbed me blind. I met many women standing in food bank lines that day the exact same thing. I tried to hire another attorney but he would not allow it. It was a horrible life altering experience that left my life destroyed and changed forever. They are the rudest people I have ever encountered. Please don't hire these people, you will be sorry.

Brusque, Non-Communicative, Did not handle money transactions well.

I spoke to this attorney a total of one time in the course of about 2 years in which I was his client. That one time was when he interviewed me. During that time I was yelled at a little bit (Gosh, this attorney must be high strung, I thought!) and was told that sometimes clients "call him too much...." One other lawyer was there, who I assumed was an assistant attorney because he was not part of the Shell & Shell law firm. That attorney was nice and answered all questions to the best of his ability. But he left the firm. And no notice was given to me. I had no other email addresses or contact information. Phone calls were not returned. Once I called about 25 times about something I considered important. No one returned these calls, so I drove all-the-way out to Marble Falls to the office. I was ignored. I found a paralegal and talked about the issue, and I was definitely made to feel not welcome and that I should not ever do that again. In fact, I sort of had to "impose" on the paralegal to get some face time. This is my most worst-favorite thing that they did: They sent a certified letter to my late post office box (that USPO doesn't even exist anymore) and when it was returned to them, they kept the returned certified letter to prove that they had done due diligence in contacting me. I found out on my own, doing my own research, that my case had been dismissed. That was ONE YEAR after the certified letter had been mailed to me and returned. During this time, I had called about three times, and none of those phone calls were returned to me. The certified letter did not contain billing information relating to the retainer of (a lot of) money that I had given him and his law firm. At no time, even during the time when my post office box was valid, did I get an itemization of money spent. Now that my case has been dismissed, and I have asked about money spent, I'm told this glossy story, "Well, sometimes when we bill over the amount given, we don't charge the customer." I was told this by a brand new attorney that showed up on the scene and "talked" to Eddie for me. This poor attorney had no idea of the history of the case and had to do footwork to figure it out. Eddie could have just called me. I had written my own answer to the law suit, since according my graduate degree, I'm somewhat qualified to do that. I'm interested to see what their "answer" actually looked like and if it was worth the money I gave them. To date, they have lost original paperwork that I sent them during the discovery process. If they (the law firm of Shell & Shell and Eddie Shell himself) had been more communicative during this process, they would not be searching for a needle in a haystack right now for all that discovery I sent them. Some items were originals, and my initial foray into getting this property back was met with the impression that maybe I was mistaken--maybe I didn't actually send in that paperwork since it's not in the original folder. (What?) Had I not been treated like a hot potato and passed around to whatever lawyer or paralegal was handy, I doubt I would be having this problem right now. During the law suit, I was concerned that there was not a countersuit; this was neither properly addressed nor explained to me. No lawyer at this law firm, including Eddie uses the phrase, "the law states that...." properly--a way of definitely explaining to your customer where he/she stands on the law. In fact, I never heard it used. After dealing with Eddie Shell and the law firm of Shell & Shell, I definitely have been left with a feeling of, "What just happened?"
