I was represented by Bobbi Shell and can't say enough good things about her or the way she handled my case. She was honest and forthcoming with information from day one. Needing to find an attorney in Burnet County for a criminal / CPS issue, I turned to Shell & Shell. Eddie and Austin worked on the criminal issue; Bobbi... (and Dale) worked on the CPS issue. Both issues were brought to closure during the expected time frame, and both results were the best that could be expected. Attorneys are not miracle workers; it is the client's responsibility to do everything possible to help with their defense. Clients must also remember this important fact: You are NOT the only client. In my particular situation, probation ensued rather than jail time, and the kids have returned home. Very positive outcomes! My utmost gratitude to Bobbi and Dale, and to Eddie and Austin.

I hired Eddie Shell to defend me in a lawsuit about five years ago because everyone in town recommended him (even some of those who didn't particularly like him because he had beaten them on a case). While he didn't spend a lot of time returning my phone calls, the moment we stepped in the courtroom ...I thanked God he was on my side. He immediately established credibility with the judge and jury and left the other attorneys looking like deer in the headlights. It was clear from the moment he opened his mouth that we were going to win, and indeed we did. Flash forward three years and I hired Mr. Shell for a felony indictment. Again, he wasn't interested in spending a lot of time on the phone with me. But as great as he was in my civil case, he was even better in this one. When picking the jury he was absolutely dazzling. He connected with jury members, explaining the details of the trial to them and calling them by their first names. The trial lasted 3 days and I was found not guilty. It was the greatest relief of my life. If you want a lawyer who is always available to return your calls and who is bargain priced, Mr. Shell may not be your man. If you want someone who completely dominates at trial, and who gives you the best shot of winning, i recommend you call Eddie.

Do NOT hire this firm, after paying them $4500 they forgot who I was, I never got one phone call back and when I would go by their office no one knew anything about my case. The only time I was able to talk to Eddie Shell's assistant she was rude and very unprofessional. Save Money and hired a re...al attorney who will fight for you and not be after you're money.
