Shell and Shell represented me for a contested child custody case recently. I am a father who did not win custody of my daughter and son during the divorce several years ago. With a Jury Trial and representation from Shell and Shell, I was awarded Sole Managing Conservator of my children, which is ...quite an achievement. If I ever need an attorney again (and I hope I don't), I would definitely return to Shell & Shell. I have worked for attorneys for over 30 years. Needing to find an attorney in Burnet County for a criminal / CPS issue, I turned to Shell & Shell. Eddie and Austin worked on the criminal issue; Bobbi... (and Dale) worked on the CPS issue. Both issues were brought to closure during the expected time frame, and both results were the best that could be expected. Attorneys are not miracle workers; it is the client's responsibility to do everything possible to help with their defense. Clients must also remember this important fact: You are NOT the only client.
