I hired Eddie Shell to defend me in a lawsuit about five years ago because everyone in town recommended him (even some of those who didn't particularly like him because he had beaten them on a case). While he didn't spend a lot of time returning my phone calls, the moment we stepped in the courtroom ...I thanked God he was on my side.
