Elizabeth Valdez Garza

I was born in Houston, TX but raised in the Rio Grande Valley.  I am the proud daughter of immigrant parents who was taught to always treat everybody with dignity and respect.  I proudly serve my community and strive to always be personally available to my clients from beginning to end.  Every single client of mine has my personal cell phone number available because they need to know that if they need me I am there.  They are not just clients, they are treated like family.  Whenever you are fighting for visitation with your children, fighting to keep your freedom or fighting to recover from insurance companies for personal injuries caused by their insured, you need to know that the person fighting for you is passionate and aggressive and will not settle.  When I fight for you, I fight with passion and knowledge because you are fighting for something precious and I personally understand that.  I practice law in State Court as well as in the Federal Court for the Southern District of Texas.  I am able to serve personal injury clients all over the state so don't hesitate to call.
