Dane represented me well as a plaintiff tenant on a case that had concerns regarding unreasonable move-out charges. He worked with me through the lease and the many angles that we could bear upon the case, as well as being very flexible to my schedule and direction I wanted to go with. So happy I chose Mr Dane O’Brien! Our Property management did not want to install missing window. Their excuse was that we signed lease knowing it was missing and did not request, on lease documents, that they fix it. After three written requests with negative results we hired Dane, who listened to... all of our concerns. He immediately contacted the property manager and also explained our different options. During courtroom proceedings, Dane’s experience shined even more; from the way he constructed the evidence, to his questioning of their witnesses, to the case law he was able to dig up. One hour and thirty minutes of Dane's relentless litigation and the judge had no choice but to rule in our favor!!!

Mr. OBrien has been a wonderful help this past week, without his guidance and advice I'd be lost without his kindness. He did not know me when I called initially and was more than happy/willing to offer sound advice and not let me go blind into a negligence issue. He's been friendly and helpful this ...entire time and happy to answer questions that I've had as they have come up. Mr. OBrien is still helping me as my issue has escalated and I don't think I've ever worked with anyone as helpful and knowledgeable as he has proven to be.
