I contacted Dane O'Brien to sanity check what I perceived was a problem area with an inheritance issue. I consulted Dane Obrien on the basis of these reviews, and hired him to help me fight an eviction for a very minor infraction of an apartment complex rules. He was very informative, explaining different avenues that we could pursue, and weighing our options. I always wanted him to take the lead, sinc...e I'm the layman, which he did, but he also left the decisions up to me. In the end, Mr. Obrien negotiated a settlement that was in my favor. I was in a horrible position in a wrongful eviction and I had no hope.... I was randomly looking for attorneys to give me advise in how to handle an attorney that I already had that was not interested in my case but took my every last penny... not to hire another attorney but to teach me or advise m...e in some direction.. and I came across Dane... he was so helpful in directing me to proper chain of command of the law without judgment or breaking the law.. but one thing stood out.. and he told me, "the truth will always prevail"... at my hearing, there were the mgr, assistant mgr, regional mgr, 2 maintenance men, leasing agents and the attorney behind me while I was in a pue all alone.....by the way, this was after I terminated that attorney that I hired.... and all I could hear was Mr. Dane's voice saying, "The Truth Will Prevail" and that is all I could think of... and when I went on the stand, I felt no fear.... and the judge (most awesome judge) ruled in my favor... He gave me hope, led me in the right direction and I WON!! WHOOO HOOO!! Without an attorney... I guess you can say by now, I truly recommend him... I respect him, and when he cant give you anymore information, it is because "he wont break the law"...
