Literally the worst

Russell is always late to client meetings. He's always late to court. He kept me waiting at court for 2 hours and didn't have the decency to call or text me to let me know where he was. When he finally showed up, he had no idea what I was trying to accomplish or what was even written in my order that... we were getting signed. He doesn't return phone calls or emails. His business is severely mismanaged. He frequently misremembers facts and is very condescending. I would absolutely not recommend Russell.

incompetence at its worst!

I was charged an extra $500 for a video record of a last will and I never received a copy of it! He and his office made excuses of this and that but never responded and never refunded anything. Now it has been over a year, so Now I have to sue my attorney before the statute runs, and who has time for... that! In my opinion, his knowledge is questionnable in estate planning. I won't go into detail, but the office is OK. I also always waited at least an hour to be seen when I was always on time for an appointment.
