Russell J. Amsberry

This lawyer did nothing for us. He took our money and ignored our constant pleas to answer questions. Meanwhile our properties diminished and our return on investments went to nothing. I do not recommend this attorney at all. He may once have garnered accolades in his younger years, but he chooses c...lients that he cherry picks who he will invest his time in and still invoices all of his clients regardless of whether he does any work for them.

This attorney is arrogant, rude and disrespectful. He has poor communication skills and does not follow up on his cases. He charged me a $4000 retainer fee and did not refund it when I dropped him because he did not do the job that was expected, as a matter of fact, he did nothing. He then accused my... sister and I of threatening his staff which did not happen. He threatened us! Don't even attempt to hire him!

I was having serious legal problems. For a family matter, I picked Mr. Russell Amsberry because he not only answered the phone on the first contact, but also listened to our case and was real, empathetic, and educated. We were ready to make a call once he provided us with an estimate and discussed th...e scenario. His retainer cost was reasonable, and his staff was kind and knowledgeable.

I can not express how grateful we are to use Amsberry Law. Mr Amsberry was professional , prompt extremely thorough and his pricing and fees were beyond reasonable for his service.
