En el 2005 yo tuve un problema criminal relacionado con pocesion de sustancia illegal. En el 2013 fui con una persona para hacer mi ciudadania, por lo visto que esta persona no tenia la experiencia necesaria, ni el conocimiento mi aplicacion de ciudadania fue negada, por el caso del 2005. yo andaba ...desesperado, y escuche un commercial en una estacion de radio en Odessa TX. sobre el abogado Lozano. el me dio una entrevista y studio mi caso y me dio 2 opciones una de apelacion y la otra de pelear el delito, dijo que habia visto que unas cosas de la corte no se veian bien, El me dio asta el nombre de el Law firm que podia ver en el estado de Nebraska. Hubo corte de Nuevo Y ganamos el caso y mi nombre fue remobido de culpabilidad y la corte hizo vacancia del caso. Y del el mismo Firm del abogado Lozano se comenzo mi ciudadania de Nuevo. Resulta que en el mes de Junio, el departamento de el ICE fue a mi casa. yo andaba en el trabajo pero mi esposa estaba ahi. ellos le dijeron a mi esposa que era un caso de robo de identidad. ellos despues durante el dia se comunicaron conmigo, pero debido a que mi trabajo no me dejo salir a tiempo ellos me dijeron que hasta el dia siguiente. Al dia siguiente nos encontramos. Y ellos venian por mi por lo del caso del estado de Nebraska, lo de robo de identidad eran mentiras, listos para esposarme pero gracias a que no se habia podido el dia anterior yo tube oportunidad de llevar los papeles de la corte conmigo, Les dije que mi abogado habia visto mi caso y que por irregularidades decidimos pelear el caso Y les dije que si por eso me andaban buscando, y dijeron que si era ese el motive, cuando vieron la decision final, nada mas retrocedieron. yo le doy muchas gracias a dios por haber puesto a el abogado Lozano en mi camino Y gracias a el me mando con el abogado correcto para pelear mi caso en el estado de Nebraska, ademas el abogado Lozano me inspire confianza por que se parece mucho a un maestro que tuve en la secundaria. My green card case had been thrown out twice (including the appeal) by USCIS & my previous representation had actually thrown in the towel on my case after the initial denial. I knew I had a strong case & enough proof that was all over the place. When I approached Lozano, he helped me build an even... stronger case with information that played a key role that no one nor even myself had thought of (this came up on the very first consultation). He also streamlined my proof. Even more impressive is that he took the time to go through all the supporting evidence I had & picked out 'the meat' or the very essential portion of it. You would think this would be a no brainer, that the previous attorney or any attorney would do. Well, it wasn't the case with the previous attorney. His knowledge & expertise & also the fact that he consulted with other attorneys (shows character) on some issues was quite impressive. His fees were also reasonable & he was there every step of the way. Alfredo Lozano is very personable & not only does he take kindly to suggestions, but he even implements them. My case wasn't easy, proving emotional abuse & the USCIS loosely (mis)interpreting affidavits & overlooking key evidence, which admittedly was among piles of hospital & doctor records. He was patient (with me) , relentless , did not sugar coat things (gave you best & worst case scenarios) & most importantly did not go back & forth on his word.
