My work is both litigation and transactional. I am currently litigating 2 employment cases, and 1 business dispute. In October 2009, I successfully concluded 1 employment case. I draft leases, contracts, employment agreements, notes, security agreements, UCC-1s, and have formed numerous corporations, LLCs and partnerships, together with stock or partnership purchase agreements.

I represent debtors in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 cases.

My work is mainly transactional, drafting deeds, notes, mortgages, liens, and releases of liens. In December 2009, I successfully concluded a three-year lawsuit concerning damages associated with rental property.

My work is mainly transactional, drafting Wills, Powers of Attorney, Health Care Powers of Attorney and Directives to Physicians (Living Wills).
