Allan Manka handled a case in my past ( 2 assault to public servants), caused by a facility misusing medication or not educated enough to be in that position of power. In court, the entire staff & facility showed (probably trembling in their boots). It took ONE word from Allan asking them to produ...ce their evidence (RECORDED EVIDENCE, the place "records" EVERYTHING, as there are AUDIO and VIDEO recorders everywhere! This business/facility, whatever you want to call it conveniently does NOT have it...Judge said "In the 5 years I've know this girl, I have NEVER seen her act like this! You all need to be more careful with what you give to your "patients". CASE CLOSED (side effects from their medication affected my ability to function normally for over 3 months. Allan is a GREAT Attorney & ALWAYS there to answer questions. He was both consulted an hired, by my family & eventually, myself for a separate matter. Thank you Mr. Manka. -M

I hired Manka for paternity and child support case. He is the used-car salesman of lawyers! At one point he told me "just buy him a Trans-Am when he is 18 and you've won." Wow. The worst by far though was when we were at the courthouse and I (read: me, not Manka) had just negotiated a mutually a...greeable settlement. Manka then leaves the courthouse because he had somewhere to be. He left me alone with the opposing attorney to go over with and sign a stack of legal documents reflecting what just happened, documents that I had no hope of deciphering. Well it turns out the opposing lawyer screwed me and I didn't catch it. Since Manka wasn't there to do his job, I signed the documents and now there is nothing I can do about it. Gee, thanks Manka. This man is terrible. He is completely without morals or ethics. He IS the reason people detest lawyers.

Allan Manka blew me away! Okay I was in a load of trouble, as I had MTR'd on my then "family violence" probation. I was released on bond & a week later around Xmas, was charged with a felony: child endangerment DWI. "my 2nd" He managed to lessen the felony to a one time offense misdemeanor DWI, so...mehow my previous one just " disappeared", NICE,!! & as far as his fee.. very reasonable..! Thanks Allan.
