Allan Manka handled a case in my past ( 2 assault to public servants), caused by a facility misusing medication or not educated enough to be in that position of power. In court, the entire staff & facility showed (probably trembling in their boots). It took ONE word from Allan asking them to produ...

I hired Allan to assist in my divorce and custody case. In the several months of working with him I have been completely satisfied. If I email or call him about my case, he responds within minutes, even when something comes up on the weekend and I don't expect a response until Monday. Everything I ha...

Allan Manka should not be allowed to practice law. He will not properly represent you!!! Please keep looking - He tried to get me to sign a false decree for my divorce. once I confronted him with proof - he quit And then told me I was crazy. Allan is only in it for the money and will do whatever...
When someone comes in to hire an attorney because his last lawyer told him to "f--- off", a red flag. When a judge has previously ordered someone to therapy, gets a little curious. When the person can talk of nothing but conspiracies to hack phones and emails, becomes a concern. When someone forcibly drags his wife to an exorcism, ethical problems arise. But, when a client breaches his contract for payment, the attorney must seek permission to withdraw, which a court just ordered in this matter. And, when the State Bar rejects a complaint outright, clearly the comment is a fraud.

I hired Manka for paternity and child support case. He is the used-car salesman of lawyers! At one point he told me "just buy him a Trans-Am when he is 18 and you've won." Wow. The worst by far though was when we were at the courthouse and I (read: me, not Manka) had just negotiated a mutually a...
Nothing like this has ever happened. Clues: "Anonymous." Stack of documents? Not in a family law case. One would have to wonder why there was never a complaint to the State Bar. Answer: Full and complete investigation would get to the truth. Dear Anonymous, let's have names and approximate dates so the "rest of the story" can be published.
