Allan Manka handled a case in my past ( 2 assault to public servants), caused by a facility misusing medication or not educated enough to be in that position of power. Allan Manka blew me away! Okay I was in a load of trouble, as I had MTR'd on my then "family violence" probation. I was released on bond & a week later around Xmas, was charged with a felony: child endangerment DWI. "my 2nd" He managed to lessen the felony to a one time offense misdemeanor DWI, so...mehow my previous one just " disappeared", NICE,!! & as far as his fee.. very reasonable..! Thanks Allan.
