Awesome courtroom attorney!

Mark is very aggressive and saves his energy for the legal points that matter. In the courtroom there is none better. From choosing a jury to questioning a witness, to reading the mood of the judge, Mark is extremely adept and will yield the best possible results. He is great for high conflict cus...tody cases. Don't expect him to hold your hand daily or babysit you. But when he can make a legal difference, he is there. I am sticking with him for all my current and future custody issues that arise in my high-conflict case.

Mark Medley Super Attorney

Mark is a very tough attorney, understands 100% of family law. Mark is the attorney you want in your corner. He doesn't have any flashy slogans or gimmicks; he just gets the job done. Very professional, understanding and he has a presence in the court room.

"Mother has powerful attorney."

I've been in & out of court through a divorce & over child custody since 2005; it has been said by my former husband that I have a "powerful attorney," as he witnessed during our jury trial & subsequent court appearances. Mark took me on as a client when all of the odds were against me as I failed t...o realize that my former husband was not going to be a nice person in this process & I stood to loose my children during the process & stopped at nothing; yet, Mark accepted my case a few weeks before a jury trial, without hesitation, he studied my case; had a very commanding presence in the court room and made a very compelling case on my behalf leading the jury to unanimously award my children to me. Each time I've been taken back to court; Mark has hit a homerun with his astute knowledge of family law; ensured I had peace of mind in the process. While I could go on and on about what Mark has remarkably done for me, it's sufficient to say he's a top-notch lawyer who gets the job done!!!
