I'm so happy to have found this platform. Everyone should understand what a strategically committed, absolutely brilliant attorney, and relentless litigator Mr. Z is and in my case, we ultimately didn't have to go any further than court-ordered mediation! I've honestly never witnessed anyone else w...hose brain is literally and constantly on complete overdrive all the time. I felt protected, valued, respected and uniquely, and passionately represented. It quickly became clear to me too that EVERYONE in this relatively small legal community of San Antonio respects him immensely. He is well-known and has a pristine reputation among colleagues, and judges alike. I would be remiss if I didn't add that his team of legal staff is absolutely stellar. They were always responsive and kind and they all have a synergy that only comes with trust and respect for each other. This may sound trite, but the way they ALL worked on my behalf was honestly inspiring and they all somehow collectively kept me believing, even during times when it seemed so much easier to just give up or give in! If you are entering into this terrible decision to divorce, choose carefully because it will likely not be a short or smooth process, so it will be imperative that you have someone smart and unrelenting who genuinely believes in you. Mr. Zuflacht and HHZ is that team!

Choosing a divorce attorney is extremely hard and just not something you ever expect you have to do. I searched high and low for my fit and I could not have been happier. He is not only an extremely smart, knowledgeable, and thorough lawyer he also makes you feel like he really wants to help you an...d be there for you. You are never the only client for any sort of lawyer and Mr. Z trys his very best to put you first when he is needed. I thought my case would be easy and I thought maybe I was getting to much lawyer for mine but boy was I wrong. Its best to get someone you want to go to war with and not just a battle. A family man himself he just gets it. With Harold comes an amazing office staff and his paralegal Kathy is just as great. I saw another review that referenced him playing chess and knowing the next move before it happens and that was spot on. Do yourself a favor and even if you don't think you need the best of the best take the safe route and hire Mr. Z. You will not regret it.

Harold did an incredible job in what was a truly difficult case. Not only did he handle my divorce in a timely manner, but was able to help me navigate through a very complex custody case. Throughout the case many experts witnesses were brought by the opposing side which was comprised of a total of 3... different attorneys. At every turn Harold was there, able to bring the experts on to our side, and in the end I have full custody of my two beautiful children. Not only was he a great attorney, but has turned into a friend to whom I will forever be grateful.

Harold is nothing short of brilliant. He's known as an "aggressive" attorney because he's so sharp, extremely knowledgable of the law, and relentless in fighting for you. He is exceptionally professional and articulate, and tactfully strategic. He also knows everyone in this industry and much like ch...ess, can predict their next move. I spent more than a year with Harold, observing his practices and techniques, as well as getting to know him on a personal level, and I can honestly say I could not have gone through what I did with any other attorney. Harold was realistic with me from the beginning and made our options and possible outcomes clear, however, he persisted to fight for what I wanted very adamantly.
