David Volk is an attorney like no other. He reminds me of a Pit bull. My situation was very difficult to deal with, having visited San Antonio for the first time, being an out of state resident, I never thought I would face any legal situation. After a few bad decision's I made over a weekend, I w...as arrested in San Antonio with very severe charges. Career ending and possible prison sentencing up to ten years. With no criminal history I was afraid, being in the military and in combat, I was actually afraid for the first time in my life. I cannot even begin to put my thoughts into words to describe my positive experience with my attorney David Volk. I believe I had a unique situation that began 2 years ago, when I was in trial for DWI. I felt lost, with no clue how to even face this challenge.
