We requested complimentary guidance from Ms. Jaclyn. Her paralegal Ms Alexia was wonderful listener. She noted down all primary information. She set up a quick appointment. I received email in few moments confirming the appointment. I also received reminder email for the same conference call ap...pointment. Now, Ms Jaclyn called right on time. She was prepared. It seems like- she was not after money. She gave us correct advise to wait until right time. Not to rush. This will save out $$ and time. I like that portion most. I have considered not submitting my poor experience with Jaclyn and her team. But, i hope this saves others the money, time, and loss of hope for our youth. I added youth because one involved in this legal issue lost his because of the sad and "not responsible" perspective of Jaclyn. The comment "G...ive me the particulars of your case" was a question that i gasped at. Her response was that she doesn't know all of the details of every case. Ok, my advice is to take 30 minutes before you consult with me so that you are not relying on my memory to "remind" you. Numerous important dates were missed and if it were not for me constantly following up with Jaclyn, they may have gone missed. I recall when she admitted the date timeline had passed weeks prior. I was confused because I didn't understand the reason "the last date for a response" was weeks before. I was not thrilled when a follow up phone call was agreed upon by Jaclyn and none was set up. When i forced a call three and half weeks later I was the only person who viewed the long overdue conversation "late". When statements were made about this form or that form would be submitted, it was not true. I received a follow up call the following week to see if they had the information correct on the form i submitted upon hire. I was confused again. And when Jaclyn admits that "you are not happy with anything we do", she was correct. In fact i am still waiting for a synopsis or statement on what got legally accomplished, after requesting it three times. Now they simply ignore me and try to make me silent. Well, i am still waiting for the statement on what was legally accomplished, NOT what paper work was submitted. The two are very different. NOW.. if she were to open up a billing office... she is an ACE! They all are very aware of who is talking to you, how long, on what day, and how much they will charge you. That they do at an impressive level! That might be their calling, because it is not family law. A minor involved in this sad "legal waiting" scenario was losing hope, and the only one pushing the process along was my followups with Jaclyn and her team. Lastly, wow...what a bill. I paid more for this disappointing experience that what i paid for my first case.. and for what? I don't know because i still wait for the unanswered email request to be recognized and answered. So, don't waste your time, energy, or money. In addition, don't waste your hope... as i did.
