David Max Kaliski

David had been placed as my lawyer on a case against my ex boyfriend who had spanked my daughter so hard it left bruses, and CPS.CPS had ended up placing the kids with my mother even though i had nothing to do with what had happened. David took the case in strides he was very up front with a plan and... never backed down. he always reasured me he would do everything he could to make sure my kids came home to me. The second to last court hearing CPS threw a curve ball at us, they were in agreement for the kids to come home and then in front of the judge they backed out of that and David took over and faught for me he never backed down. he put in a motion and got me the kids back a month later. he was amazing he never complained with the late night calls, emails and questions. he was great if i was to ever have another problem i would definitely want him on my side.
