Replied last March 11, 2022All clients are able to schedule a phone appointment by calling the office or through my online calendar. At the time, I had phone appointments available every Tuesday and Thursday. You chose not to use this option for some reason. As for the phone appointment you are referring to, I answered your question in response to the email you sent me and asked if you still needed the phone appointment and you told me you didn’t need it anymore since I answered your question in my email. The 7-10 days is a guideline. Many times emails and calls are responded to within 2 days, but if I’m in court it takes longer to respond. You also sent me emails telling me you appreciated the hard work I was doing on your case. So I’m surprised at your review. You didn’t have any issues until it came time for you to make a payment and then you told me you wanted to change attorneys.
