He is a excellent lawyer. Acts more than just your lawyer he is your friend. He is very kind and helpful and is responsible in his work. I am grateful for what he did for me and my family. I would recommend him if you are having immigration problems.

He knows how to handle COMPLICATED cases!

Let me say that my case was EXTREEMLY COMPLICATED, and had a lot of different twists and turns over the last 13 years. I really mean it when I say “COMPLICATED”. It was not just about filling out 20 pages of citizenship application which anyone can do! It was going 13 years back and trying to expla...in my complex immigration history; it was looking up specific laws and regulations; it was pulling out immigration case studies to see if my particular case has a chance of winning. I have interviewed several attorneys, and Mr. Alvilar was the only one who was willing to fight for my case. He is defiantly highly educated person with tons of experience. He is extremely motivated and honest; he will tell you exactly how your case is going to turn out. I’ve had 4 different attorneys in the past handling my case, and Mr. Alvilar by far one of the best. He defiantly has passion to practice law and helping his clients. His office staff is also excellent. They will return your calls and emails immediately. I was extremely anxious weeks before my interview thinking what IF’s… He spend an hour on a phone with me calming me down and reassuring. (not a lot of attorneys would do that) Well, I am happy to say that I just got approved for my citizenship!!!

Peace of Mind

Mr. Francisco Javier Alvillar-Immigration Attorney gave us the "Peace of Mind" with the sincere passion for excellence in immigration law. I would refer Mr. Alvillar to anyone who needs help with immigration issues. As a US military veteran of 20 plus years, I am forever grateful for Attorney Alvill...ar expertise on the military benefits to fulfill one's dreams which we weren't aware. I would encourage anyone with Immigration issues and especially as a U.S. military Veteran this is the attorney that knows how to win battles and doesn't become a war zone environment in our experience with him. Don't procrastinate as we did and prolonged the agony. Attorney Alvillar shoots from the hip and has the compassion of what he does with lots of patience for a reasonable price $$$. There was no gimmicks and step by step in the process from beginning to the very end is what I admired the most before the case with closed. I salute and blessed having hired this remarkable Attorney Alvillar.

The best immigration lawyer - HIGHLY Recommend!

We found Francisco after being unsatisfied with a previous lawyer, after meeting him one time we knew our case was in the best possible hands. His confidence, knowledge and passion for immigration law is one of a kind. My AOS was a little complex and Francisco did EVERYTHING he could do to ensure tha...t our case will be approved and to ensure we were confident. He genuinely cares about his clients. He explained all possible scenarios and he prepared us extensively for the interview...5 months from filing I have my green card in my hands with absolutely no problems. I will always be grateful to Francisco and his team and highly recommend him to anyone seeking an immigration lawyer!
