Patrick John Stolmeier

I am grateful for Stolmeier Law. I was involved in a car accident where the at fault driver rear ended me. I went to a different law firm first, which referred me to another law firm. No one did anything in my case or even communicated with me. I went to Stolmeier Law and within a few months they got... be a large recovery.

My ex husband lost his job b/c he was being an idiot at work and wanted to reduce his child support. In court he said he was laid off, but Patrick got him to admit that he wasn't laid off but was fired. The judge ruled in my favor and basically said he wouldn't cut my child support because me ex wa...s an idiot. Patrick said it actually happens more often than I'd think.

At first the insurance company wasn't going to pay me because the person who hit me lied to the cops and that was in the police report and there were no witnesses. I didn't know what to do, and a friend recommended Mr. Stolmeier. When he took the deposition of the other guy, he caught him in a lie a...nd the insurance company finally decided to pay 10 times more than what I originally asked them for.

This lawyer is super knowledgeable. He wants you to leave him alone, let him do his work, win your case, and then inform you when he is done. He truly is an excellent lawyer, but if you are looking for a best friend, or someone to call and vent to, this lawyer is not it. He will let you know when h...e needs you, otherwise STAY OUT OF HIS WAY and let him do his thing. When you do call he is courteous, but blunt and quick. If you want someone who stays on the phone and lets you whine and cry and then says a few words, lets you do more whining, this is not your type of man. If you want to hand him the case, let him do his work, stay out of his way, he wins your case and you never had to sweat it one moment......... this is your kind of lawyer. We love Mr. Stolmeier. His bedside manner is not so great, but who gives a damn when he gives them hell on your behalf.
